Essential expertise

Candidates must have senior managerial level experience gained in a large/complex organisation in strategic level HR and workforce development.

Desirable expertise

An understanding of and interest in healthcare, and a commitment to NHS principles and the wider local community would be an advantage.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient time and commitment to fulfil the role.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in the area served by the Trust, or have strong connections with the area. However, the trust will accept applications from candidates living in the surrounding areas if they have the relevant expertise.
