Sponsor Archbishop Sentamu Academy Awards
Summary:
Businesses are being asked to sponsor an awards evening and help send sick children to Lapland.
Description:
Every year the When You Wish Upon a Star charity takes groups of young children who are suffering from a life threatening illness, to Lapland to see the real Father Christmas.
Due to a high reduction in their donations they are struggling to provide this trip for as many as they normally do. Archbishop Sentamu Academy will be holding its awards evening on 10th December at Hull KR stadium.
There will be many awards for particular subjects and for achievement. There is an opportunity for local businesses to sponsor one or more awards for anything from £50 upwards with all sponsorship money going directly to the Wish Upon A Star charity.
The awards evening should see in excess of 300 people attending and sponsorship of an award will provide many opportunities to promote your business on the night.
If you feel you your business can sponsor an award and help a fantastic charity at the same time please contact Kerrie Jaquest, Hull Area Manager at Humber EBP. Details below.

Organisation:
For the past 18 years When You Wish Upon a Star has been granting the Wishes of children across the UK aged between 2 and 16 year old, all of whom have a life threatening illness.
All children have Wishes, but for these children and their families that Wish is so much more precious. For the duration of their Wish these children are able to forget about hospital routines, doctors appointments and gruelling treatments, and smile, laugh and enjoy life like any other child.
