Advanced Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony 2010
Summary:
Show your support for Hull's apprentices and promote your business.
Description:
Apprenticeships have increased in popularity in recent times and are seen by this government and all other major political parties as an essential ingredient in the skills solutions for this country.
Apprenticeships bring considerable value to organisations, employers, individuals and the economy. They provide employers with a highly skilled workforce and offer young people an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and qualities needed by employers and launch rewarding careers.
In celebration of Apprenticeships locally CfL hosts an annual Advanced Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony. Our ceremony recognises the hard work by local young people in completing and achieving their Advanced Apprenticeships and the commitment of local employers for their investment and support in Apprenticeships.
This will be the fifth year that we have held the Advanced Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony and the 2010 ceremony will take place on the 22 October 2010 at the Hull City Hall.
We are seeking a number of local organisations to support the ceremony, offering sponsorship opportunities to further demonstrate their commitment to Apprenticeships and local young people.
Last year's ceremony attracted an audience of over 450, including over 150 Advanced Apprentices, their friends and families, local business leaders and employers and a range of Apprenticeship providers all demonstrating their commitment to Apprenticeships by backing the Advanced Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony.
